Paul read History and Law at Queens' College, Cambridge and holds diplomas from the College of Law, London. He worked in the British civil service and in the City before switching careers to become a headhunter. He fell in love with Romania while travelling through in 1990 and has worked in executive search in Romania since 1998. He owns Apple Search and Selection.
His favourite activities are talking, thinking, walking, reading and looking round churches. He collects friends and books and is still trying to learn Romanian. He will be a historian and a novelist when he has time.
