Alice's journey through culinary wonderlands began one afternoon in Milano. In a cosmopolitan bar where she became aware for the first time of the aroma of Chianti, where she learned all about Ston vodka and heard the story about butter and caviar canapés from the film Casablanca.
It was then that she understood that food is a wonderful source of versatility of inspiration and energy. She understood how much she liked to cook and explore tastes and textures, and to combine them to astound the senses. With passion and love of life!
And since then, her journeys have been accompanied by this discovery. She
became a food writer, a member of IACP (International Association of Food
Professionals) and has had food and drink and lifestyle columns in Vivid,
Tarom Insight and Cosmopolitan. She became a partner in
Antz Communication, an events and ''Cool-hunting'' firm, where each day she
shares with her clients the pleasure of experiencing a taste of life.
Together with her team she is the professional behind the scenes who ensures that the client no longer experiences the stress of organising an event and is instead able to celebrate and enjoy.
