Meet Andrew Begg

Andrew Begg's likes include, in no particular order, simplicity, hot weather, dreams, trees, plants, silence, faces, being underwater, beaches, wide open roads, wide open fairways, disused factories, walking, listening, tennis and all animals.
He has been a resident of Melbourne, which he calls home, Sydney, London, Lagos and Bucharest, which he also calls home and where he has been based since the summer of 1994.
Amongst his personal heroes are Peter Singer, the philosopher and ethics scholar, Ingrid Newkirk, the animal rights activist and founder of PETA, Patrick White, Australia's Nobel Prize winning novelist, and Nick Cave, the musician and writer. He has written for a number of journals and publications and has edited Vivid since its launch in April 1999.
