Do you sometimes have difficulties finding the time for everything you want to do? Do you sometimes feel that you really want to join those group fitness classes but you don’t feel that you have the necessary skills? Don’t worry, you are not alone. We know the feeling. That’s why we’ve created our Express-classes.

Over the years we have introduced many innovative and new fitness trends in Romania and now we are bringing you the latest trend. We have put our minds together to come up with a new group fitness concept called Fitness Express and we are the first fitness club in Romania to offer this. And we are proud of it.

If you are not used to training or don’t have the time to train, then Express-classes are for you. Without having reduced the quality, we have put together simplified classes of body, core and spinning. The common denominator for all of these classes is that they are 30 minutes long.

In our Express-classes you can, without any previous experience, try a new class. Despite the fact that these classes are shorter and simpler you will have a workout that is both effective and challenging. Our Express-classes give you a sustainable and time effective workout which you can combine with longer classes when you have more time or when you feel that you are ready for them.

Our Express-classes have become very popular at our centre at the Grand Marriott, probably because beginners and more experienced people can train together without anyone feeling out of place. From the beginning of March we will also offer these classes at our new centre downtown, located at the former Hotel Bucuresti.

By offering these new classes we will give very busy people the chance to train at least a couple of times per week as well as give people that usually don’t use group fitness classes the chance to try it.
