In 2000, when Vivid first splashed out on a major feature of photographer Marius Baragan, he was rapidly gaining a reputation as a fashion photographer specialising in girls. By the time of our second feature in May 2002 his reputation had been cemented. Now in May 2004, having won Romanian Fashion Photographer of the Year in both 2002 and 2003 and with a name that most fashion photographers only dream about, we are happy to feature some of his best work again.
A freelance photographer, Marius Baragan's work features regularly in top-selling magazines like Elle, FHM, Beau Monde and Playboy. He is often contracted to work abroad and was preparing for a photo session in Tunisia when we caught up with him. While Marius loves photographing girls, he is in increasing demand to do more conventional advertising work.
